Wedding Management


Packages are customized per Wedding and may include but are not limited to:

  • up to 10 hours on site on Wedding Day

  • Includes Lead & Assistant Coordinators

  • Initial and month prior consultations

  • Venue visit up to 1 hr to discuss floor plan / decor

  • Ceremony rehearsal up to 1 hr as venue permits

  • Create detailed event timeline

  • Etiquette / planning questions answered

  • Assist with vendor referrals for services needed

  • Contact vendors to confirm services & arrivals

  • Oversee set-up of event if within time of hire

  • Serve as Point-of-Contact for vendors / deliveries 

  • Set-up and decorating guidance and assistance

  • Place seating / escort cards, signs, portraits, etc. 

  • Walk-through of reception site / ceremony site

  • Distribute bouquets, pin corsages / boutonnieres

  • Maintain event timeline / schedule

  • Cake cutting (if not provided by caterer)

  • Attend to requests of couple during the evening

  • Ensure getaway car has 2 meals & cake slices 

  • Coordinate send-off per couples’ request 

  • Distribute payments or gratuities

  • Gather decorations, gifts, etc. & prep for loading

  • Oversee tear down of event if within time of hire

  • Monthly payment plans to help your budget

  • Additional time available at $150 per hour

Retainer of 25% down and a signed agreement is required to confirm your requested date for services.

The balance is paid in equal monthly installments.
